Paper Submission

We would like to thank all authors who submitted abstracts to be considered for ICEVI Dublin 2009 Conference. The Call was very heavily subscribed.

The European Scientific Programme Committee is now finalising all reviewing and authors will receive an email notification with the results of their review.

If your abstract has been accepted for presentation at the conference please register for the conference as soon as possible.

Paper Guidelines are available for download from your "My Page". Please note that all full papers must be structured in the manner described in the Paper Guidelines and should be uploaded online via your "My Page".

To access your "My Page", enter your log in details at the top of this page.

If you have forgotten your log in details, please click Password Reminder and enter the email address you used when submitting your paper. The server will sent an email notification to this email address with your log in details.

Following log in, you are redirected to your "My Page". In the Paper Details section, you will see a Paper UPLOAD link. Click on this link, check the paper title and classification, submit this page and upload the Word document from your harddrive and submit. When your paper is successfully uploaded, you will see the active link to the document on your "My Page" and you will receive an email notification. If you made a mistake, you can resubmit the paper by clicking on RESUBMIT link beside paper link and upload a new version of the paper.

The conference language is English. Please note that the deadline for the upload of your full paper is the 15th March 2009.

You must also register for the conference by the 15th March to be included in the final programme. Early bird registration ends on the 28th February so register before this date to avail of the lower fee.
