All meat scientists in academia and the meat industry are invited to attend, both those actively involved in research and those now retired. Early-stage researchers are particularly welcome and encouraged to present their work as posters. Policy makers and representatives from government and public bodies will also find programme topics of particular relevance. Industry personnel are strongly encouraged to participate in the hot topic session.
